General Hotel Policies and Information

We are so excited to be partnered with a new hotel — The Rennaissance Dallas Richardson!

We have worked hard to establish this positive relationship, and we know that you will love the space, and we trust that you will treat this hotel with the utmost respect, kindness, and appreciation.

You are not required to stay at the hotel for events, but it is highly encouraged, particularly for overnight events such as TASSP. The vast majority of party goers will have booked a hotel room. We do ask, however, that if you book with the hotel, that you do so within our room block. This gives you a discounted rate (while available), free parking, and also, most importantly, makes sure you are with our group on our floors and away from the vanillas that are also in the hotel (who might not appreciate having the sounds of spanking through their walls).

This hotel is a bit nicer than our old one (which we loved dearly)… or really than most spanking party hotels. As such, it is in demand, and rooms do book up. We encourage you to book your room as soon as you can to guarantee that you can get in our block. We have only contracted a certain number of rooms, and once they are gone, they are gone. After that, the rates will likely be more in line with the typical room rate, and we can’t guarantee the hotel won’t sell out.

To book, you have to book through the links above. We are no longer able to book directly with the hotel front desk.

You are required to be a registered party guest in order to stay in our hotel block. Door registrations and day passes are fine, which is why we provide the link in advance for everyone. But we ask that everyone respect that the block is for party attendees only. Access to party floors may be restricted/limited to those who are registered with the event.

The hotel works with us to keep all our party guests safe, and we will provide information of anyone that is barred from attending one of our events to the hotel. The hotel may decide to deny entry to the property to those individuals. The hotel is not us and we are not the hotel, but we try to work together to provide the best event possible!

Parking

If you are visiting the hotel to attend the TASSP party, the only place you may legally park is the Eisemann Center parking garage directly across the street from the hotel. To park for free, you must book a hotel room within our block using our booking links.. Otherwise, if you enter and leave each day, it will cost about $3.00 per hour up to a maximum of $22.50 per day.

There is no sanctioned free or lower cost parking for TASSP guests elsewhere in the area. Here are a few suggestions to avoid the high cost of parking:

  • Carpool.

  • Have a friend drop you off and pick you up at the hotel.

  • Ride DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) or park at another DART station and ride DART to the hotel. The DART Galatyn Park Red Line Rail Station is next to the hotel.

Code of Conduct— hotel specific (see full code of conduct page for the full event rules)

You must follow all of the rules of the hotel at all times. Be respectful to the hotel and hotel staff. Verbal or physical abuse of any sort towards the hotel will not be tolerated.

No play or nudity of any sort in the public hotel areas such as the hallways, elevators, and lobby is allowed. We recommend wearing a robe or a wrap when going from suite to suite.

Do not yell across the hall. We know it’s tempting, but please show respect to the other people at the hotel on other floors who may be sleeping.

You are responsible for your own room. Any and all damages in your room are your responsibility.

Signs are not allowed to be posted on doors or anywhere in public view without approval.

Basically, if you do anything to upset the hotel, or endanger our relationship with the hotel, you may be removed or suspended.
