Privacy and Discretion

In order to ship you physical goods, you will have to provide your name and address. This information, along with your email and what you order, is the only information that we can see. We will NEVER share your information with ANYONE. We take everyone’s privacy very seriously.

Billing is done as “TASSP/BU, LLC.” There won’t be any logos on the packaging or packing slip.

Shipping and Returns

All of our merch is printed and sold through Printful, which is what allows us to offer all of the sizes and colors we can. Essentially, when you place an order, they print that item on demand with the correct details and then they ship it to you directly. As a result, each item is a custom order and therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We are only able to offer standard ground shipping at this time, but we ship WORLDWIDE. Literally, anywhere in the world, we can send you a shirt! Which just seems wild to us! Obviously, some locations are going to be slower or faster than others, and some will have other specific concerns (ie. UK Brexit fees), but you should be able to get all of that relevant information at checkout. In order to make shipping costs simpler, shipping fees are flat rate, and any additional costs of shipping certain items (like the mug) is accounted for in the item price.
